Blacklight UV Fluorescent Exposure
The model XPO-2426 Vacuum Exposure Unit is simple and easy to use. Designed for the small screen printing Shop, standard features include (8) 20 watt unfiltered ultraviolet black-light fluorescent bulbs, a digital count down Timer and vacuum to draw down a neoprene blanket to compress for film-to-screen contact on the Clear Glass. These features make exposing block letters, halftones, and simulated process images with high resolution fast and easy. The XPO series exposure units, are an important part of any screen printing shop's pre-press room.
Screen Exposure System
To complete your pre-press exposure system, you can pair the XPO-series screen exposure unit with the SD2426 screen drying cabinet which are stackable together, and Econo washout booth. The Ranar Screen Dryer promotes fast drying photosensitive emulsion, with warm air circulating in a dark, dust free environment. The Wash Out Booth is also an important part of the system, and is used for rinsing exposed screens and reclaiming frames for reuse.
