Professional Screen Printing Press

RANAR has manufactured Manual Textile Printing Presses for the Screen Printing Industry for over 40 years. Configured as 4, 6 or 8 colors and 4, 6 and 8 stations, the ELITE SERIES is our top of the line t-shirt Printing Press. The models are the E-4400, E-6400, E-6600, and E-8800. Standard features such as: precision-machined cast aluminum micro-adjust heads, adjustments for off contact, uneven or warped screens, screen angle, platen leveling, and our patented adjustable screen lift tension. A strong extruded aluminum screen back clamp assures a tight grip of the screen frame up to a 26’’ wide capacity. A roller bearing and steel key for perfect registration every time (no nylon bolts to wear out). Construction features consist of all ball bearing ultra glide rotation, heavy duty tubular steel, powder coated for a rugged finish. You can add side clamps to this press as an option, as well as all RANAR accessories such as a jacket hold down, cap printing, athletic numbering attachments.

Production Screen Printing and Flash Drying

One or two people can operate the press, for higher production and or flash drying of Silk Screen Printed T-shirts or garments. Example: one person prints while one loads and unloads to a conveyor dryer for increased production. A rotary station printer, facilitates high volume flash drying. This is done by printing your base color then the platen or shirt board is rotated under a econo flash cure unit for partial cure while the next t-shirt or apparel is silk screened. Repeat this process (4 to 6 times) depending on how many shirt boards your press has. When you have completed this your ready to apply the next colors or double hit the same color for brilliant colors on dark t-shirts.
